Villa Rafia is located east coast of Praslin near the famous Cote D'Or Beach. This small Guest house is very well managed. 25 minutes from Praslin domestic airport, 15 minutes from Bay St Anne Jetty from where arrives all boat from Mahe or La Digue, 5 minutes form Cote d or and all hotels and restaurants , bars , water sports and diving centres; and 15 minutes from the famous endemic forest of Valley de May where grows the unique Coco d amour ! this famous unique nuts !

Villa Rafia is a nice small guest house located in the east of Praslin only 5 minutes from the large beach of cote d ‘or. Its 6 rooms are all with air conditioned and fan, some are with a private terrace or veranda, and they have a private bathroom (showers). You can ask for a fridge. Breakfast is served in the terrace Creole style breakfast!

| These standard rooms are well designed in Seychellois welcoming style, with a charming and sweet ambiance as you enter the room. These rooms have private en-suite and is equipped with ceiling fan, air conditioning and minibar. Three of these rooms have private terrace. Bedding type varies for each room - 2 rooms have 3 single beds, 1 room has 1 double bed and extra single bed and the other room has a king size bed and extra single bed. All rooms are spacious enough for a baby cot (which is available upon request). The private bathroom has shower with cold or hot water. Villa Raffia offers daily availability of fresh towels and bed sheets for all the room and the rooms are cleaned daily. Toiletries such as soap and toilet paper is provided for throughout. | ||||||

| These newly built garden view apartments are modernly designed, with a charming and sweet ambiance as you enter the apartment. These fully furnished one-bedroom apartments have private en-suite, living room, fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Air conditioning and ceiling fan is available in the room. The bedding is the same in all the apartments which is a queen size bed. The private bathroom has shower with cold or hot water.
