Each is designed, arranged and decorated according to its own concept, optimizing the possibilities in terms of culinary experiences and wine tasting at the bar. The designs reflect elegance and functionality along with a subtle touch of African influence. Each restaurant name has a subtitle, reinforcing
and the concept briefly. All restaurants offer different menus to satisfy the tastes of all ages, including a gourmet menu for baby.

Corossol "Live":
Main buffet restaurant of 320 covers (South Beach)
Main restaurant for guests on half board with international cuisine buffet style.

The kitchen is open and creates an interaction between chefs and customers. The buffet, fully air-conditioned offers different sections - an area of
kitchen with preparations Asian wok and tandoor as well as Asian noodles, central station featuring a beautiful pizza oven and also offer pasta, grilled meats and prepared "a la plancha" and many more.
Do not miss the desserts the "Soursop" worth seeing! The dining room is divided into several sections and offers
and a variety of moods, "al fresco" included.
The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner.

Helios "Mediterranean":
located on the south beach, offering buffet (80 seats)

Ethnic Grill "A la carte grill with 96 covers (South Beach)
A la carte restaurant in South Beach, located next to the Junior Suites, in a very casual and relaxed atmosphere, feet in the sand and in a decor inspired by Africa and the granite rocks of the Seychelles. Its open kitchen offers a selection of original salads, a variety of kebabs, quality meats and dishes of grilled or fried fish "a la plancha" in front
customers.
This restaurant offers specialty breads that are prepared and cooked on site and served with our "chutney". A selection of snacks and lunch time favorites is also available. Open for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and for dinner at theme parties.

The Beach Menu:

Cyann "Signature Cuisine" specialties A la carte restaurant with 40 covers (North Beach)

Cyann:
gourmet restaurant of the hotel, unique in its concept and design. Located at the bottom of the "Hillside villas", this restaurant offers views of the magnificent marine park of Port Launay. "Casual chic" for lunch, the restaurant is transformed into an elegant and refined place in the evening and offers a selection of designer dishes that combine the precision of French culinary techniques with the lightness and flavors of local and African influences. Do not miss the wine cellar that contains the best wines of the old and the new world.
The Chef's table allows guests to enjoy the cooking as well as a
specially created menu.

casual restaurant with a lively ambiance and facing the gorgeous North Beach. Decorated with white furniture
and brightly colored cushions, it evokes freshness and the festive spirit of Seychelles. Breakfast is served in the form
buffet.
At lunch and dinner, Creole specialties are proposed and the freshest seafood is grilled in front of customers.
Flavors of the islands and best ingredients are the words that best describe the culinary style of "Seselwa". A selection of snacks and lunch time favorites is also available. The Helios bar is located next to one of four swimming pools, facing the beach and adjacent to Helios restaurant. Besides the classic selection of drinks and cocktails, our bartender specializes in freshly brewed ice teas as well as in a wide range of coffees.

Adam & Eve Bar: Open from 10:00 to 18:00
This bar is located next to the pool, facing the beach and adjacent to the Adam & Eve Ethnic grill. It specializes in fresh fruit and vegetable juices as well as local drinks served in coconuts.
